Question 1: Do you take reservations?

We accept reservations for parties of 10 or more, otherwise seating is based on a first come, first served basis. We recommend making reservations at least 7 days ahead, but ultimately reservations will be taken based on availability. To make a reservation please contact the Mika Japanese Buffet location of interest directly by telephone only (253)-839-9988

Question 2:  Is private rooms available?

We have a party room that can seat about 45 guests.

Question 3:  Is there a dining time limit?

While we generally do not limit dining time, during peak periods we ask that our guests dine within 1 hr 30min unless prior arrangements for large parties have been made.

Question 4: My diet/surgery allows me to eat only small portions. Can you offer a discount?

It is important to understand that our pricing is based on a reasonably sized “meal,” not a specific “quantity of food” or an “unlimited” amount. Individual guests have widely differing perspectives on what they feel is an appropriate meal size. They also have unique menu expectations and health requirements. For simplicity’s sake, we have adopted a uniform pricing approach that offers both quality and value.

Question 5: Do you have a liquor license? Can I bring my own alcohol or drinks?

Mika Japanese Buffet locations serve a wide variety of soft drinks, beer, wine, and sake. As such, guests are prohibited from bringing their own alcoholic beverages.
